- American school of Florianópolis
- The American School of Florianópolis follows the physical structure, organization, official language and usage of in class materials of the American Schools. With a bilingual and international education we can assure the different and innovating education through the combination of Brazilian and American curriculum to create students aware of their responsibilities as international citizens, community leaders, ecologically aware and exposed to and respectful of different cultures. Since the school is in Brazilian territory, cultural parties and events are held in Portuguese to maintain the essence and true tradition. Other traditional events are also incorporated in the calendar, for example: 4th of Julhy, St Patrick’s Day, and so on.
